periods.....
After being a week and a couple days late I thought uh oh maybe we got an accidental catch. Each day past my due date I would go through this kind of debate in my head! Well this could be exciting, maybe its not such bad timing, this would give me a great excuse to my relaxing lifestyle, but wait what do i do about school, and our 500 square foot one bedroom apartment in Provo that we have already signed a year contract for. But it wouldn't be so bad I could dress it up and have a new little buddy to tag along with me. Wait a sec, I am definitely not ready to wake up in the middle of the night, and have a little tyke relying on me! The debates would usually end with me convincing myself it was not such a good thing to be of child right now. But alas the debates have now come to an end. I fell asleep last night with an awful stomach ache and knew I would wake up to a little surprise, and sure enough I did! So now I will be flat on my back all day with a heating pad or in the bath due to my agonizing cramps but no reason other than that for my lazy behavior! Its really funny all the mixed emotions I am now having. Anyone know what I am talking about! Its like part of you is relieved and part of you is a little sad. Maybe its just me, but that’s what has been on my mind this morning! WOMANHOOD!

yeah...periods...
Totally know what you mean! The roller coasters of womanhood. Although, thank goodness my cramps are never that bad until I'm giving birth. One thing to look forward to when you do get pregnant--a good 9 months (more if you're nursing) of no period! I still haven't had mine 11 months after having Cooper. Usually not till I wean. In your case, you might want to nurse until they are 2 or 3!:)
A few other nice things to look forward to when you're pregnant: heartburn, indigestion, lower back pain, sleeplessness, frequent urination, mood swings, extreme fatigue, general weight gain, vomiting, nausea, acid reflux. The benefits go on and on. I think you're better off sticking with the Midol and bathroom floor for a few days a month.
Nice wet blanket Dane!
uh oh Kris... I think someone is getting the itch!! Anniversary 1- skydiving. year 2 - twins! hahahaha good luck with that! nothing like a little delay in the cycle to get you thinking!! And if i already have all those symptoms dana mentioned (chcek the time of this post...) Does that mean i'll be in the clear?
