Just another day in paradise...
The first thing I do when I wake up is look outside to predict the forecast and then after knowing the weather I plan my day out accordingly... when I will hit the pool, when I will work out, when i will go run errands that I pretend I need to get done, etc. When I glanced out the window this morning I was thoroughly disappointed. The activity that usually takes up the largest proportion of my day was not going to be able to take place, as well as the running errands portion because today is my day with out the car..... What was the girl to do now? So as I lay in bed watching HGTV, soaking in my disappointments, I decided I would finish up my current reading, "New Moon". That made me excited cause I really get engrossed in the book! Then an even more brilliant idea popped into my head, I would treat myself to a grilled cheese with a dollop of ketchup, my favorite replacement when I am all out of tomato soup, and ya know what... that's just what I filled my day with! And yes I did specifically take a picture of my grilled cheese so that I could blog about it! If your wondering why my face isn't in it well that would be sharing too much information with my blog readers. I don't want everyone to know how pathetic I really do look! Haven't showered, still in P.J.s, so on and so forth and it's 4:30pm... too late just shared it with you! Now your wishing i had a picture to go with that description huh!?

I'm actually pretty sure I've seen that face before. There ain't nothin wrong with putting off a shower for a few days!
hey i've been meaning to tell you about a book i LOVE. it's called the Burning Within. by Rachelle Wallace i think. It's about a woman who has a near death experience that leaves her with severe injury only to be tested in a similar situation again. It's a true story and I LOVED it. try it out!
You know, isn't that life. When you have those days when you don't have a lot to do you are just bored, but when you have a lot to do, you wish for those days. It's a lose-lose situation! I guess we all just need a little variety. I bet after hanging out with my kids while you were here, those days felt great for a change. You're awesome! I second Wendy's shower comment! Love you!
Grilled cheese with ketchup? Now, you know I love ketchup as much as the next girl (actually, more -- I require at least 6 packets for a medium container of McD's fries). And you know I love me some grilled cheese (had two just this past Sunday). But I really don't feel comfortable with you combining the two. I get the tomato soup thing, but it's really not the same . . . . In fact, I have a slightly disgusted look on my face just typing about it. I would have preferred pictures of a non-bathed KMC-F.
love me a grilled cheese..hold the ketchup please :)
I love reading your blog and all the comments.
I've got to have a dictionary on hand to read this blog. A "dollop", you must be doing a lot of reading out west with words like that.
