Monday and Tuesday I was confined to the house due to the limits of only having one car, so when Wednesday came along and it was finally my day to have the car, I took off far and away! Okay not really that far just up to Beverly hills/Santa Monica to spend the day with Val. We did a little bit of shopping, a whole lot of driving/being stuck in traffic, jammin' out to music, and quit a bit of eating! We had originally planned on just laying out at the beach all day but we got side track when we spotted some great shopping on the promenade in Santa Monica, oops! I also announce that I really didn't enjoy it at all, matter-a-fact I was disappointed had my first experience with sushi~ Val has been talking it up for about a year now so last night she convinced me that I needed to give it a shot! And I am sad to because so many people are so into it now a days!! I even stuch to the "Americanized" sushi,California rolls, which most people supposively dig but it really didn't do anything for me~ Needless to say I don't find my self giving that stuff a try again anytime soon but I am glad to have experienced it! Life is all about experiences, right?!

I just wanted to let you know about this miraculous experience I just had-- I know you can relate. So, remember when we all got together for Memorial Day weekend, and that first day we were together I started my period and both you and KC were already flowin'? K, so then I see your post about a week ago saying that you had started your period... and I still hadn't. This morning I got up, convinced that I was prego, and started looking at a calendar. I figured out that it had been 42 days since my last period!!! I was going to go tell Paul that I was going to buy a pregnancy test, but before I was about to wake him up, I went pee pee. And lo and behold... tada! I saw the most wonderful sight! yea! I FINALLY started my period!
I too haven't joined the sushi craze. I think we must've had the same horrible experience long ago. That's why I choose to stay away. Just a few more days!
